Qigong meditation actively involves your mind-body connection, to create grounding, balanced overall energy and mental clarity. It involves your intention and breath. Some meditations involve chair or floor sitting (your choice); others involve lying on yoga mats. We may also do movement meditation if the group is interested and space is available. Bring your mat and cushion if you have them.
Experience a different meditation each week. Start on any date and come as often as you wish. All meditations are suited for beginners and those more advanced. Meditations vary from 15 to 25 minutes and time is allowed for quiet sitting and/or sharing afterward. If you need to leave before 1:00, it is not a problem if you wait for the meditation to end.

Payment is by check or cash between 12:00 and 12:10. The door will close at 12:10 to start the meditation.
