Create peace in-the-midst-of uncertainty through breath work, easy Qigong movements, and creativity. We wil ground, release, and balance our minds and bodies to more easily create. Decorate blank paper in your own way and use beautifully designed washi papers (provided) to meditatively fold paper peace cranes. Make up to 5 paper peace cranes to take home.
