Life is a creative process, so it seems important to observe and understand our unique ways of flowing with that process and moving through obstacles.

What exciting potential we are given at birth – though many of us take a large part of our lives to realize our possibilities. Each of us starts with a unique set of supports and restrictions for living. We lurch or flow, forward and backward, as we explore our boundaries in loving, finding meaning, comfort, and excitement. Everything we do, think, feel, and experience creates the masterpieces that are our lives. 

I believe everything in life is energy – the good and the bad, the positive and the negative. I am aware that I seem able to affect or control some of the energies, but not all of them. Sometimes, life just sucks; other times, it is exquisite.
